NEVADA, MO - In an exciting development for the local music scene, the Red Cherry Alley in Nevada, Missouri, is hosting unique concerts in a convenience store. This innovative approach to live music is not only bringing the community together but also paving the way for the future of songwriters from our area.


Every Friday night, the convenience store next door to the Red Cherry Alley transforms into a vibrant venue for live music. Local songwriters take the stage, for the Intimate Songwriter Performance Series, performing original compositions and showcasing their talent. These weekly concerts have quickly become a beloved tradition, drawing crowds and fostering a sense of community.


The Red Cherry Alley is also under development, with plans to further enhance the local music scene. An outdoor stage is set to be unveiled in 2025, providing an even more dynamic platform for local artists to perform.

This highway, which was part of the National Auto Trail system, was built in the 1910s.
